  10. Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, lemon juice an zest and confectioner's sugar until blendec
  11. Beat cream to firm peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture
  12. Fill and frost cake
  13. Place one layer bottom up on serving playe
  14. Add some frosting
  15. Place second layer, bottom up
  16. Frost
  17. Place third layer
  18. Frost entire cske
  19. Garnish with sprinkles and fresh blueberries. Refigerate at least 2 hours for easy slicing

Add a quarter of your buttercream and spread it evenly with a palette knife or the back of a spoon. Make the icing by beating the soft butter with the icing sugar, lemon zest and juice until light and fluffy. Frost the top with the rest of the buttercream and finish with sugar flowers.
