Add in yoghurt and milk and mix until combined. Mixture should be of middling texture, not watery and not too thick. Just somewhat thicker than a pancake batter consistency. Heat oil, when hot drop batter in by teaspoonfuls and cook until just golden brown.

Instructions to make Luqaimat(Arabic sweetball):
  1. First prepare the sugar Syrup,boil 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar plus candamon and tea masala until they are sticky to touch.like honey.Once ready let it cool.
  2. Grate lemon skin in a bowl,squeeze in the lemon juice and add in the baking powder.it will effervesence.Add sugar and stir
  3. Add warm water,add the flour and start mixing.do this while adding the warm water gradually and milk bringing it to a gummy consistency and the oil And continue folding it in.until well mixed.cover for 15minutes.
  4. Use a piping bag.fill it with the batter.put oil in a pan/small sufuria let it boil.while pressing the piping bag,cut the batter into the oil using scissors to produce small ball into the oil.fry until golden brown.
  5. Pour the cool sugar syrup onto the hot luqaimat.let it soak for a minute.Enjoy with beverage of your choice!
