  2. Start with simmering the milk in a vessel until the milk reduces to half of it's quantity
  3. In the meantime add the ghee in a pan raost the apple by stirring rigorously until colour changes slightly afterward,add the sugar to the apple and again cook by stirring continuously till the sugar dissolves completely
  4. Once the apple and sugar turn golden brown,turn off the flame and by the time milk will be reduced as well add the mixture in the milk followed by cashews some almonds and some pistachios while stirring the milk constantly,after a while turn off the flame and mix green cardamom powder in the kheer,transfer the kheer in a bowl.
  5. Apple kheer is ready
  6. Garnish this luscios and nutritious apple kheer with almonds, cashews,and pistachios and serve warm or chilled
  7. Note….We have roasted the apple seprately because it has some acidic component due to which the milk will curdle if raw apple is added tobit
