  1. Get 500 ml milk
  2. Get 1/2 cup grated apple
  3. Get 1 +1/2tbs sugar or as per taste
  4. Take 1/4 tsp doodh masala
  5. Prepare Few saffron thread
  6. Take Dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions to make Apple rabri:
  1. Put milk in khadai
  2. Boil the milk and add saffron and doodh masala (no need to soak)
  3. Boil the milk on sim flame and side the malai of the milk
  4. Do this procedure till milk become 1/4th
  5. Now add grated apple and boil it for 1 min(do not greate the apple first other wise it turn red)
  6. At last add sugar and mix properly and cook untill it dissolve properly
  7. Garnish with dry fruits

You see I always assumed that making apple rabdi is a tough job! In Apple rabdi, we do not need to boil milk too much to get thick. Its an quick recipe than regular rabdi recipe. Bring the milk to a boil and keep aside. Heat a pan over medium flame.
