  2. Remove skin of beans. Blend soy bean, 2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon egg yolk. Blend Edamame bean 2 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon egg yolk
  3. Whip 1 egg white with 1 tablespoon sugar.
  4. Mix blended beans mixture with egg white whip.
  5. Put Edamame mixture.
  6. Put Azuki beans and soy beans mixture.
  7. Cover the lid with cotton cloth and steam with high flame for 20 minutes.
  8. Cut into your favorite shape.
  9. Enjoy with green tea 🇯🇵❣️
