  3. Take Coconut flakes(preferably coconut milk)

  7. Prepare Red pepper
  8. Take Onion
  9. Take Dried Crayfish
  10. Get Salt

Add red bean paste, then another layer of tapioca. In a large bowl, combine the rice flour and tapioca starch. Add the coconut + water mixture to the flour mixture. Add the water/sugar syrup to the mixture.

Instructions to make Tapioca+beans cake:
  1. Rinse your tapioca and soak over night, sieve it in the morning.
  2. Now in a clean pot, pour your water and allow to boil, then add in your cloves/ginger/and coconut flakes
  3. Cover to boil for a minute, then pour in your sieved tapioca and mix all together cover your pot and and boil on low heat, use your spoon to turn/mix at interval. Then when it’s thick enough, pour in a bowl, enjoy with milk and sugar.. soooooo yummy
  4. Wash and peel off your beans. Soak for few hours and blend with your red pepper and onion
  5. Now in the beans paste add in your crayfish and a lil salt to keep it fluffy and avoid soaking in oil.
  6. In a pan add in some cooking oil and allow it to heat up a lil. Fry on medium heat and enjoy while it’s hot dearies🤤🤤

Yellow layer - add the mung beans and mixture. Allow the mung beans to cool, then blend into a smooth paste with food processor. Pour off the liquid in the bowl slowly, leaving behind the tapioca starch at the bottom of bowl. Baked Tapioca Cake, also known as Kuih Bingka Ubi Kayu, is a very popular sweet delicacy. This traditional Malay/ Nyonya kuih is semi-soft, chewy and extremely fragrant.
