4. Now soak the chia seeds for 30 mins
5. Check the ice cream. If it's hard enough, start serving. Take 3 glasses. Add some dry fruits, a scoop of ice cream, add the vermicelli, jelly, chia seeds, rose syrup, and again a scoop of ice cream. Top it with some dry fruits and serve it chilled
