7. Get 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
8. Make ready 4 tblp klim powder(add water to make a paste)

Instructions to make Burfee sojee:

1. Melt ghee in a pot
2. Add sojee and braise for 10 minutes
3. Make a mixture with sugar,fresh cream,milk,cardamom powder and vanilla essence
4. Add the above mixture to the sojee and cook on medium to low heat
5. When it thickens make a paste with klim powder and water,add to the sojee
6. Add a pinch of saffron and cook on low heat for 10 minutes
7. Serve with fresh cream and colored almonds enjoy 💕
