The ingredients needed to make Corn Burfi:
  1. Prepare 1 kg Sweet Corn
  2. Prepare 1 1/2cup Sugar
  3. Get 1/2 cup Milk
  4. Make ready 1/2tsp Cardamom powder
  5. Prepare 15-20 Pistachio
  6. Get 4-5 Almond
  7. Get 1 cup Mawa

Instructions to make Corn Burfi:
  1. At first clean the corn by removing all the hair.
  2. Now grate them with the help of grater.
  3. Now add 4tsp of ghee and 1/2 cup pf milk and blend it well till it becomes creamy.
  4. Now add the leftover milk to the corn and mix it well.
  5. Now in a heavy wok add left ghee and allow it to melt. Now add corn and creamy paste and stir fry it for till it changes it's odour or an aroma comes.
  6. Now add mawa and again stir fry it for 5-6 minutes. And turn off the flame.
  7. Now for chashni add sugar and 1/4 cup of water and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Now add the mixture to the chashni and stir it continuously till it becomes frothy. Now turn off the flame and add cardamom powder. And mix it well. Now grease the plate and pour the mixture. Sprinkle some pistachios and almonds and leave it for 2 hrs. Cut it into the desired shape.

The Pista Burfi Recipe is a delicious Indian Spiced Pistachio Fudge, that is packed with the goodness of pistachios and fresh coconut. The addition of cardamom powder makes this mithai truly delicious. You can make the Pista Burfi as a dessert when you have guests at home or make for festivals like Holi, Diwali and Raksha Bandhan.
