Falooda is a rich layered summer dessert made with milk,jelly,sabja seeds,vermicelli as main ingredients topped up with icecream.   1. Take a heavy bottom pan. Flame on add milk bring a Boil. Then simmer and cook till milk into half and thicken, Now add milk powder mix well.
  2. Now add 1/2 cup sugar cook till sugar dissolves. Add rose water, flame off. Keep aside and cool down it at room temperature.
  3. Pour this mixture into the kulfi mould and freeze for 8 hours.
  4. (For Rose Falooda):- Take a handful vermicelli, boil milk add into it. Cook until soft. Add rose syrup, sugar, Cook until milk little thicken.
  5. Take a small bowl add chia seeds soaked in a water for 10 minutes and add into cooked rose vermicelli mix well and Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Ready to Serve Kulfi with Rose Falooda.
