I made this because I wanted to eat a no-bake milk tea flavored cheesecake. Enjoy the decadent and rich royal milk tea flavor. Make the milk tea first, then you just need to mix the ingredients and cool down to harden!

Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is enjoyed by millions daily. They are nice and they look wonderful. Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea is something which I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can have very rich no-bake cheesecake with royal milk tea using 9 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea:
  1. Make ready 250 grams Cream cheese
  2. Prepare 1 tea bag Tea bag (Earl Gray)
  3. Prepare 200 ml Heavy cream
  4. Make ready 60 grams Sugar
  5. Get 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  6. Prepare 80 grams Graham cracker
  7. Prepare 40 grams Unsalted butter
  8. Get 5 grams Gelatin
  9. Make ready 50 ml Water

Beat the heavy whipping cream, remaining powdered sugar, lemon juice and vanilla extract in a separate bowl that has been CHILLED in the freezer. Some of my favorites include berry sauce, fresh fruit, fruit puree, cherry pie filling, caramel or salted caramel sauce, dark or white chocolate ganache, lemon curd, or grated chocolate. This cake is a great make-ahead dessert because it freezes well. Pomegranate jelly and seeds provide a sweet ruby-red glaze for these easy, no-bake cheesecake treats that set in the freezer.

Instructions to make Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea:
  1. Make a graham cracker crust. Put the crackers in a plastic bag and crush into small pieces. Add butter in the bag, and rub the bag to mix the butter and crackers. Press and pack the mixture into the bottom of a cake pan, and chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Brew a super rich royal milk tea. Heat heavy cream in a small pan without bringing it to a boil. Put a tea bag in the pan and let it steep while gently stirring the bottom of the pan (adjust the brewing time to your tastes).
  3. Heat cream cheese in the microwave. Whisk the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix.
  4. Soak the gelatin in 50 ml water to soften. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  5. While you are working through Steps 3 and 4, let the royal milk tea cool. Strain the tea and add to the whisked cream cheese. Mix well, add lemon juice and mix again.
  6. While you are working through Step 5, the gelatin is cooling, so stir into the mixture you made at Step 5, and mix together briskly.
  7. Take out the cake pan from the refrigerator, and pour the mixture quickly into the pan. Drop the cake pan several times from a height of 10 cm to release air bubbles. Chill in the refrigerator to harden.
  8. If you brew tea in a microwave, soak a tea bag in hot water. Cover with plastic film, and microwave for about 20 seconds. Pour the tea into the heavy cream in a heat resistant container. Microwave for 1 minute.
  9. The quickest way to brew tea is to take out loose tea leaves from the tea bag after soaking in hot water. Put the tea leaves in the heavy cream, and microwave.

The recipe makes six perfect mini desserts that are destined to be a big hit. Most no-bake cheesecake recipes either incorporate gelatin for body, which can quickly veer into a weirdly panna cotta-like territory, or else fall back on what I call the Key lime pie method. As you might expect, this technique relies on a chemical reaction between citrus juice and sweetened condensed milk to thicken the filling. Since this recipe uses a springform pan, you'll need to wrap the bottom and sides of the springform pan first with aluminum foil to prevent water. Put graham crackers in a large reseable plastic bag, and crush them with a rolling pin until very fine crumbs form.

So that is going to wrap it up with this special food very rich no-bake cheesecake with royal milk tea recipe. Thank you very much for reading. I am sure that you will make this at home.
