  10. First bake in a 220℃ preheated oven for 10 minutes, then bake in 180℃ oven for 20 minutes. Adjust the time to bake depending on the oven you are using.

Jonathans are excellent for eating, salads, pies, and baking and are good for sauce. Eckert's Jonathan apples typically ripen in September.
