The ingredients needed to make Indian Tiramisu:
  1. Prepare 100 gms whipped cream
  2. Make ready 3-4 tbsp cream cheese
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp sugar powdered
  4. Make ready 1 tsp whipped coffee powder
  5. Get 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. Get 3/4 cup sugar
  8. Get 1 and half cup water
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
  10. Prepare For ladyfingers'
  11. Get 1 cup milk powder
  12. Prepare 1/3 cup plain flour
  13. Make ready 3 tbsp suji
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp baking soda
  15. Prepare 3-4 tbsp milk (or as require)
  16. Prepare 2 tbsp curd
  17. Get 1 and half tsp ghee for knead dough
  18. Make ready 1 cup Clarified butter (ghee) for frying or shallow frying

Consumption of raw or undercooked eggs, shellfish and meat. Tiramisu, a delicious no-bake Italian dessert which can be combined espresso-dipped ladyfingers and a creamy lightly sweetened mascarpone cream. It can be easily done to serve after a lunch or dinner with the family or friends. Steps to make Indian Tiramisu:
  1. Mix dry ingredients, milk powder, suji, plain flour and baking soda.
  2. Take a bowl and add dry ingredients, add curd and milk, and mix well. Take some ghee into hand na bind soft dough (ghee will keep your hand clean that didn'tstick to dough). You will need to grease your hand 3-4times, so 1tsp ghee will needed. Now prepare shape of ladyfingers. Long and rectangle. (Now prepate sugar syrup when you are shaping the jamun).
  3. Prepare sugar syrup. Simmer for 5min. Add coffee and cocoa powder into it and transfer into bowl.
  4. Now slightly heat ghee(clarified butter)and add prepared jamun in it. Keep flame very low.(as I kept half nozel closed from gas line, so you can control your gas flame.) And fry until light brown and fluffy. (Will take 8-10min) then add into hot sugar syrup. Keep it into syrup for 1 hour then remove and keep in deep frizer for half hr.
  5. Mix wheaped cream, cream cheese and vanilla extract. And transfer into piping bag.
  6. Now, 1st layer with soaked jamun then layer with cream, again 2nd layer of jamun and layer of cream, and 3rd layer of jamun and layer of cream. Now do the last layer evenly with knife or spatula. And dust with cocoa powder.
  7. Keep it into fridge for 2-3 hr. OR put it into deep frizer for 1 hour. Cut and serve chilled.

Although some of these restaurants might disagree, it doesn't quite taste the same if the mascarpone cheese is substituted with some other cream cheese. Raw egg note - Many recipes make tiramisu by beating eggs over a double boiler but this is not the traditional way to make Tiramisu. The history behind that is that in the past when the quality and freshness of produce was not as good as it is today, people were scared to use raw eggs for fear of getting sick.
