  3. Bake at 350 for 1hr - 1hr 10mins Orr until golden brown & bubbly; shielding with alum foil the last 10 mins to stop browning (if necessary). Cool 30 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

When butter is melted, stir in brown sugar, place back in oven and let that melt together. Mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Place apple slices on top of pie crust and cover with the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Spoon apple mixture over piecrust, and top with remaining piecrust.
