  3. Add the Step 2 mixture into Step 1 and mix. (It's mixing rather than whipping.)
  4. Strain the Step 3 mixture to make smooth.
  5. Evenly pour the Step 4 mixture into molds. (Fill the molds less than 1/2 full.)
  6. Fill a baking sheet with hot water until it reaches 1/2 of the molds' height.
  7. Steam bake in the oven preheated to 180℃ for about 20 minutes. When cooled, chill in the fridge.
  8. Decorate with powdered sugar and mint leaves, then they're done.

Crème Brûlée is probably my all time favorite dessert. In fact, when we first moved here to Utah, Shane's first firm he worked for would have their company. This creme brulee was super fast and easy and turned out to be so good, without double broiling or straining.! This elegant and impressive no-bake crème brûlée is easy enough to make at home.
