  7. Transfer them on kitchen towel. Repeat process for all. Keep aside.
  8. Method of Malai Rabdi: - - Take a Kadhai. Grease it with Ghee. Pour milk in it. Boil it on medium flame. Stir continuously so that it doesn't stick from bottom. Once it reduces 1/4th add sugar. Stir well. Add chopped almonds. Once sugar dissolves and Rabdi thickens switch off gas. Let it cool on room temperature. Once cool keep it in refrigerator.
  9. Serving: - - Place one hot gulabjamun in a bowl. Pour chilled Rabadi over it.
