Instructions to make Mango Malai kulfi:
  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan Boil milk till little thicken add sugar, milk powder, cardamom mix well.
  2. Stir occasionally until milk thicken. (Rabri form)
  3. Flame off cool it at room temperature, divide into 2 bowl add mango pulp in one bowl mix well.
  4. Add chopped dryfruit in another bowl.
  5. Pour into kulfi mould, cover with silver foil and freeze for 8 hours.
  6. Serve

It comes in several flavors like cream (malai), rose, mango, cardamom (elaichi), saffron (kesar or zafran) or pistachio.
