3. Now divide your batter into potions……one add dessicated coconut+essence + poppy seed then fold in……..the other potion add unsweetened cocoa and fold in well…….now pour into your baking tin and bake for 60mins
4. When done use a toothpick to check if it's well baked…..if it comes out clean it's done……remove from the tin and let it cool completely before icing…..
5. Whipp your cream and decorate as desired……enjoy with juice, milk or coffee

The cake is naturally gluten free as it is made using coconut flour and protein rich as loaded with eggs.
