  3. So to take it out, use knife and with that we will try to insert it on the sides of the kernel.
  4. We will try to make space around the kernel so that the kernel is taken out very easily.
  5. Now after the space has been made around the kernel, it can now be taken out very easily with the help of the fingers.
  6. Clean the kernel very nicely with the help of a knife and collect all the mango pulp and fill it back in the empty mango. You can add Rose petals for extra flavour.
  7. Fill the melted kulfi inside the mango and cover it with the top which we kept aside above and freeze it for minimum four hours in the freezer.
  8. After it has been freezed, peel the skin with the help of a knife carefully and cut in round shape. Enjoy your stuffed Mango Kulfi🤩

Kulfi is usually made of the milk mixture and sugar and various flavors like dry fruits, fruits, or various fresh essence. We are going to make this Malai Kulfi by stuffing it in a Mango. For stuffing, I have used Kesari Kulfi but you can add with Gulkand, Pista, Paan Kulfi and other which one you like.we can use other fruit as well but my favorite is Alphonso Mango.
