Nuts of your choice like unsalted and raw almonds, cashew nuts or pistachios that are roughly chopped are also added which give a good nutty texture to the kulfi.   1. Grind cardamom,cornflour, sugar and pineapple essence together.Now boil the milk reduce to 1/2 leave it to cool.
  2. Add whipping cream,powdered cardamom,cornflour stir it well. and stir it continuously without any lumps. Add badam drink mix,saffron and add half badam pista flakes and blend well in a beater.
  3. After beating transfer the ice cream mix into a kulfi mold or any of plastic paper cup close with foil paper and in a center insert a ice cream stick or any Barbecue stick two inch size two nos Insert it.
  4. And freeze for 8 hours or over night. After setting remove ice cream from the mold carefully and transfer it to a serving plate and Enjoy.
