  10. Fill in the dough, rub the outer sides with egg wash to serve as a sealant and press down with a fork
  11. Wash the pies with the remaining egg using a baking brush tool (it doesn't have to finish. Avoid pouring the eggs on the pies)
  12. Bake for 45 mins to one hour, until the pies are golden brown
