It is a Signature Bengali Sweet. My Dida (Mom's mother) used to make Patishapta during winters! However, Dida's Patisapta was prepared with only All-Purpose Flour and Semolina but I prefer to add Rice Flour to my Patishapta. How to make Kheerer Patishapta Recipe At first take the soaked rice and strain all the water with a strainer and spread the rice on a large paper towel to make the rice dry.

  4. An a non stick flat pan grease oil.. Add spoon full of batter into the pan and spread with a spatula to make a round pancake.
  5. Stuff a portion of fish mixture and roll the pan cake and take out from pan..
  6. Make the all the patishapta likewise
  7. Serve hot with sauces of your choice.

When the rice will be dry enough, ground the rice in a grinder. But do not heat the rice by grinding it.
