  8. Fry the roti.
  9. Cut it in rectangular shape when cools down.
  10. Pull the edges and divide 3 individual pieces very carefully.
  11. Paste the two rectangular rotis with glue.
  12. Place the kheer in it.
  13. Roll and seal both the sides with glue.
  14. Heat oil in a kadai.
  15. Deep fry the rolls and let it cool.
  16. Heat water and sugar.
  17. Add fried rolls and soak in syrup for about 5 minutes.
  18. Serve with cashew powder.
