  2. Meanwhile prepare the kheer. In a pan add half ltr milk, powder milk and sugar as per taste. Keep stirring it continuously and make it semi thick.
  3. Now prepare the sugar syrup. In a pan add one cup water and one and half cup water. Keep it stirring. Check with fingers, if it is sticky then syrup is ready.
  4. Now in a pan put oil and put the flour batter one spoon each time in a medium flame. Flour batter will look like a pancake. Cooked it until it form a golden colour.
  5. Once it cooked put the malpuwa into sugar syrup. Then serve hot with kheer.

Malpua is the most important delicacy of Karva Chauth Seviyan Kheer by Ruchkar Mejwani. Seviyan Kheer forms a part of Sargi of Karva. Fry the malpua on low and medium flame. When the malpua starts turning pink, take it out on Malpua is ready. you can eat it either hot or cold along with kheer, coriander sauce.
