The ingredients needed to make Banana Kheer:
  1. Make ready 1 litre full cream milk
  2. Prepare 2 tb sp basmati rice
  3. Prepare 8-10 soaked almonds
  4. Get 8-10 almonds
  5. Get 8-10 pistachio
  6. Make ready 4-6 cashew
  7. Get 4 walnuts
  8. Get 1 tb sp magaj
  9. Get 1 tb sp coconut powder
  10. Make ready 1/4 tsp Green cardamom powder
  11. Prepare 4 ripe bananas
  12. Take 4 tb sp sugar
  13. Prepare 4 Green cardamom

My daughter likes all banana recipes and so this yummy dessert. This banana kheer is sure a healthy treat to babies and kids, as it tastes so good and yummy. Lower Risk of Ulcer - Banana is best for ulcer prevention. Add a couple of bananas to your daily diet and keep stomach cool and healthy.

Steps to make Banana Kheer:
  1. Pour milk in a pan and boil. Now add rice and let it simmer on low flame for 10 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
  2. Chop pistachio, almonds, cashew and walnuts. Take 2 tb sp magaj and coconut powder each.
  3. Add all dry fruits and sugar in this kheer. Stir continuously for 5 minutes.
  4. Peel the skin of soaked almonds. Peel bananas and grind in the mixer with soaked almonds to a smooth paste or pulp.
  5. When the kheer thickens switch off the flame. Now mix banana almonds pulp and stir for two minutes.
  6. When this kheer comes to room temperature, refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled garnished with chopped pistachio and almonds.

Regular inclusion of this edible ingredient to the diet improves digestion and kills bacteria in the stomach. Banana kheer is one of the simplest form of kheer that can be prepared. It can be eaten along with chapathi, rice vermicelli, or even with some dosas like neer dosa.
