Kheer is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions every day. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Kheer is something which I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

Kheer is the original rice pudding, which became part of western cuisine through the British. I like this, but my husband and son didn't (too 'spicy' for them). The flavour is nice and somewhat creamy (would have been better and creamier with the proper proportion of.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have kheer using 7 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Kheer:
  1. Prepare 1 bowl rice
  2. Get 4 glass milk
  3. Take Sugar as you want
  4. Make ready as needed Coconut dried or nariyal
  5. Make ready 1-2 tsp Elaichi
  6. Get as required kaju badam kishmish pista dry fruiits of your choice
  7. Take You can add khoya if you want but I have not used khoya ghee

One of the most favourite Indian dessert rice kheer can be made quickly and easily with just a few ingredients. Kheer is indeed the perfect dish to celebrate a festival or just prepare it as dessert at home after a hearty dinner. Kheer recipe - Rice kheer is a one pot traditional Indian sweet dessert made for festivals & celebrations.

Instructions to make Kheer:
  1. I usually make this khir in liquid form but you can make it in a solid form and decorate it with chandi work grind the coconut and rice of your choice in a grinder make a thin paste heat some ghee in a kadhayi or patila make sure the utensil you are using doesnot heat fast because then mixture of coconut and rice which you are going to add in heated ghee can burn and stick to the utensil after adding the mixture of coconut and rice to ghee add milk to it you can even use
  2. Milk powder and water some milk powders are even sweet so you will have to add less sugar add elaichi to the boiling khir you can even add kesar if it is available let the khir boil for a while serve it as per your desire garnish with your fevourite dry fruits you can even use small pieces of apple or pinneapple make sure the fruit you are using has no water or is sticky like bananas and pomegranate Thanks for reading 😊😊😊
