This Coffee Panna Cotta has a rich, creamy coffee flavour and a melt in the mouth texture you come to expect from panna cotta. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, heat the milk, vanilla bean, ground coffee, and sugar to a simmer. Stir until the coffee and gelatin are dissolved and the mixture is completely smooth.

The ingredients needed to make Coffee panna cotta:
  1. Take 250 ml cream
  2. Prepare 1 cup milk
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp coffee powder
  4. Take 1 packet China grass

Panna cotta means 'cooked cream' in Italian. It includes very few ingredients, and is basically a simple mixture of cream, sugar, and vanilla. Gelatin is added to set the mixture and create a custard-like consistency. The final product is rich and silky smooth.

Steps to make Coffee panna cotta:
  1. Heat the China grass or agar agar with 2 tbsp of water until completely dissolved and set aside.
  2. Boil milk in a saucepan and then add the coffee powder and keep aside.
  3. Heat the cream, add the coffee- milk solution and the agar agar to it.
  4. Stir the mixture well and then pour into the moulds.
  5. Keep the moulds in the refrigerator to set and have it cold and nice.
