6. Garnishing: take 2 tbsp of sugar add in oan add a spoon of water and few lemon drops cook until sugar melt and get gold colour poue mixture over butter paper oe grease plate in form if thin strips. Let it cool and become hard.
7. Serving :take serving bowls add custard and yhen Place 2 islands over it garnish with caramel and serve, enjoy these floating island and calebrate with your loved ones on eid day.
