Jessica's Pavlova is one of the most popular of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Jessica's Pavlova is something which I’ve loved my entire life.

Use a Spatula to create the design in the meringue (see pavlova video below or on Zoe's instagram story). Place the egg whites into a bowl of a stand mixer. Whisk on medium high until the eggs are frothy.

It is perfect for Valentine's Day or any dinner party (you can make pavlovas ahead!). The texture is crisp on the outside with a marshmallow-soft inside, and they are piled high with whipped cream and fruit.

Steps to make Jessica's Pavlova:
  1. Whip the egg white to stiff peaks slowly adding the sugar a spoonful at a time.
  2. Whisk in the vinegar and cornflour.
  3. Line a baking tray with non stick paper.
  4. Spoon the meringue onto the paper forming a circle (you can draw this on the paper in advance). Make it higher on the outside with a well in the middle.
  5. Bake at 150 degrees for an hour. (Check to make sure it doesn't catch.
  6. Whip cream and pile onto cool cooked meringue.
  7. Top with a variety of fruits of your choice.
  8. Serve!

Lastly, although peaches and cherries can be used to top pavlova, it tastes best and most authentic with strawberries, raspberries, or kiwi- or, a combination. A couple of things are missing from this recipe, I like recipes to include ALL instructions.. Pavlich was born in Arizona to a family of Croatian and German descent. She grew up in the mountainous areas of northern Arizona, where she developed interests in outdoor activities such as river rafting and hunting.
