  3. Prepare 200 grams Cake flour

Using a stand mixer, or a handheld mixer with a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Spread cooled plum jam in an even layer over crust, then sprinkle remaining crumb mixture evenly over top of jam.

  1. Combine the jam with the margarine, and mix using a spatula.
  2. Add the cake flour, and mix the margarine and the flour with your hands until it's crumbly.
  3. Bring the dough together, and shape it into a 2-cm thick block. Cut it in lengthwise in half, then cut into 2-mm thick slices.
  4. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes in a 150℃ preheated oven (adjust the time and temperature to your oven).
  5. Once they're baked, let cool on a rack.
