  10. For White Chocolate glaze, have chopped chocolate. In a bowl. Heat cream until hot but not boiling, pour over chocolate and stir until smooth
  11. For milk chocolate glaze. Have chopped chocolate in a bowl. Heat cream until hot but not boiling and pour over chicolate. Stir smooth
  12. Drizzle bars with glaze, when glaze sets, cut into bars

While the bars cool, prepare the glaze: In a medium bowl, briskly whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth. Feel free to add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Using the parchment-paper handles, lift the bars from the pan. Drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve. Mix in salt and cinnamon, if desired.
