The ingredients needed to make Flaunt line tea-cake:
  1. Take 125 grams softened butter
  2. Prepare 400 grams condensed milk
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  4. Prepare 3/4 cup water
  5. Take 250 grams all purpose flour (maida)
  6. Get 1 tsp baking soda
  7. Take 2 tsp baking powder
  8. Take 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  9. Make ready 1 tsp drinking chocolate
  10. Get 3 tbsp red, yellow and green tutti frutti
  11. Make ready as required To sprinkle cocoa powder between the layers

Carefully stir through the fruit mixture. Spoon the mixture into the tin, then smooth over the surface with the back of a spoon. Make a large mug of strong tea, without milk. I like Earl Grey, but you can use ordinary tea or even experiment with herbal teas.

Instructions to make Flaunt line tea-cake:
  1. Sieve all-purpose flour, baking soda and baking powder together 3-4 times.
  2. Mix together properly butter and condensed milk, till it becomes fluffy and bubbles are formed. Add vanilla essence to it and mix well.
  3. Now pre-heat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  4. To the butter and condensed milk mixture add the sieved ingredients in 3 parts. Along with it add the water is also in three parts. Mix everything by cut and fold method.
  5. Divide the batter into three layers. In one of the three layers batter add cocoa powder plus drinking chocolate and mix well. In the remaining two layers add tutti frutti equally.
  6. In a greased pan add one of the three parts below.
  7. Now using a fine sieve sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder on it.
  8. Now carefully pour the chocolate mixture over it and again sprinkle cocoa powder over the chocolate mixture.
  9. Finally, carefully pour the last 1/3 part of the vanilla mixture.
  10. Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven for baking at 180°C for 50 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cake.
  11. Let the cake cool then slice them and serve.

Put the tea in a bowl and add the dried fruit. Place the fruit in a bowl and cover with the hot tea, leave it overnight at room temperature. Strain the fruit and keep the tea. Add all other ingredients to the fruit and mix gently. This fruity cake is great to serve with afternoon tea.
