  7. Bake in the oven for an hour & a half at 350F (optional: you can put in a water bath) - Let it rest for an hour outside the oven then put in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours
  8. Melt the lotus creamy cookie butter in the microwave for 30 seconds - Pour it on top of the cheesecake.
  9. Cut and served

This simple dessert will satisfy both coffee and cheesecake lovers alike! If there's any cofee cheesecake left you can freeze it. None of the pale coffee colour type of cheesecake. I want my cheesecake to have that coffee taste. Ok, seriously I'm not on caffeine high.
