  7. Serve hot or warm with extra thick coconut milk.

I was told that black rice health benefits even exceed that of brown rice. Black Glutinous Rice Dessert or "Bubur Pulut Hitam" is one of my favorite dessert and easy to prepare. Using unpolished black glutinous rice instead of whole grain white glutinous rice makes this dessert more interesting due to its colour.
