  1. Make chocolate cake: Beat sugar and butter till fluffy
  2. Add eggs and essence and beat more
  3. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa mixture
  4. Pour on greased spring foam tray
  5. Bake in oven on 170 C till done
  6. Sprinkle three tablespoon of dark expresso coffee on it
  7. Let it cool down completely
  8. Now make chocolate mousse: Beat eggs in a bowl with electric mixer till its fluffy, add sugar and beat more
  9. In a pan pour a cup of whip cream and keep on boil until its hot
  10. Pour egg mixture slowly in the hot whip cream and keep whisking while its on flame on low heat
  11. Add grated chocolate and whisk till its thickened
  12. Remove from flame let it cool down
  13. Beat the remaining whip cream and essence, till peaks are formed now fold this in chocolate mixture very well
  14. Pour on the cake and chill in fridge for three hours till mousse is set
  15. Remove from fridge pour melted cooking chocolate on it
  16. Decorate as you like
  17. Then chill till serving
