The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Ganache Mousse:
  1. Take 200 ml whipping cream, 35% fat
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup dark chocolate ganache
  3. Make ready 1 cup white chocolate ganache
  4. Get as needed cocoa powder for dusting
  5. Take as needed chopped chocolate for garnish

Once cream is fully incorporated into ganache, add ganache to remaining whipped cream in large bowl and gently fold until completely incorporated and smooth. Serve chilled !! - Note – I have used leftover ganache from a cake recipe and hence used 1/2 cup chocolate and 1 cup white chocolate ganache. It can be made with 1 cup chocolate and 1/2 cup white ganache too. - Use the measurements for a perfect creamy mousse.
