3. Add yellow colour and chopped Almonds, cook untill oil comes out or shown in the edges. Decorate with chopped Almonds, cashew nuts and silver pearls.
4. Time to make fluffy Puries: in a clean bowl add all purpose flour, wheat flour and salt then add water slowly and make a soft dough. Now add oil and knead it again. After kneading it again leave the dough for 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, make small balls from dough. Flatten it by using rolling pin and oil (don't use flour only use oil). Then fry it in oil on medium high flame from both sides till light golden and fluffy. Enjoy our traditional dessert with your sweet smile. Happy Cooking.
