  7. Let the chocolate molten lava cakes to cool for two or three mints.Then with a butter knife gently loosen the edges from the top.
  8. Gently tap the bottom of the ramekins.Remove the ramekins gently & the cakes gets unmoulded easily.
  9. Cut the cakes & dig in the lava oozing out from it.
