  5. Transfer the mix into the dish and spread well by levelling the surface well
  6. If you have not added the desiccated coconut earlier, you may now add it as a dressing on top
  7. Refrigerate for minimum 6-8 hours or overnight
  8. Demould the next day and cut into pieces and store airtight till consumption
  9. Tip: if you prefer your energy bar very crunchy you may choose to coarsely chop the seeds and not ground them
