  9. After they're cooled down, make sure to store in a secured bag to avoid humidity!
  10. There will be lots so you can give some away as gifts.
  11. When making 50 pies use 60g bread flour, 60g cake flour, 100g butter, 50ml cold water, cut in half, then proceed to step 2.
