  6. Prepare 2 cup boiled milk
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp milk powder/ khoya

How to make Paan Kulfi-Reduced milk flavoured with meetha pan, set in kulfi moulds and served. Wash the paan leaves and break them. Put them in a soup strainer and pour the hot kulfi mixture over. Pass both of them through the strainer.

Steps to make Paan Kulfi (Meetha Paankulfi):
  1. Take a grinder add paan leaves, gulkand, fennel seeds, pistachios into a smooth paste. add little milk if needed set aside.
  2. Take a pan add milk bring to a boil. Simmer and cook in low flame till milk reduced.
  3. Once milk reduced add milk power/ khoya, sugar mix well. Cook for few minutes.
  4. Add paan paste and simmer for 5 minutes and remove from flame.
  5. Pour in moulds and freeze for 8 hours.
  6. Serve paan kulfi as dessert.
