This delicious apple tart features an easy crust made with almond and oat flour. It's gluten free and easily made vegan/dairy free, too.

  1. Rinse the millet with boiling water and cook with turmeric according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Cook apples with raisins, dates and cinnamon for 5 minutes.
  3. Grease a 10 inch baking pan with a little soya butter and place the dough in the pan and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in 180C for 10 minutes.
  5. Now place a layer of the apples and cover them with the mix nuts. Spread evenly.
  6. Bake in 180C for 40 minutes and then leave in the oven to rest and cool.
